Question by Stranger in Sydney: If “gossip” magazines were written by men, would they be the same?
Obviously there is and has been for a while, a huge outrage because of this perfect body image that is being portrayed towards women. Magazines are full of pictures of cellulite, crash diets, celebrities gone fat, celebrities gone thin, etc etc.
Then you have people blaming men for not accepting women the way they really are naturally and healthy. But aren’t most of these magazines written by women? I wonder, doesn’t it all seem crazy to men? What would a man write in one of these magazines? It just seems to me that women are each other’s worst enemies.

I don’t think it would be any different. They can’t or they won’t sell these mags with a fat lady on the cover,we live in such a shallow world.
